肇庆市新荣昌工业环保有限公司创立于2010年，是肇庆市定点的专业从事危险废物收集、无害化处理、处置、资源综合循环利用的环保企业，是珠江三角洲和粤西地区最大的环保产业资源再生基地。公司基地位于肇庆市高要白诸镇廖甘工业园，占地313亩，计划总投资18亿元，规划分三期建设，共16个子项目，其中一期项目于2012年10月正式投产，二期项目于2014年11月正式投产，三期项目正在筹建当中。三期建成后，公司年处理处置各类工业危险废物达20万吨。
